I got it from wrestling on my shoulder. Then when we went to the docter he gave us this cream that i put on it for a week and it went away. Then i ket put the cream on all the next week and it started to come back. Then it quikly went away once again. So what is the best thing I can do to get rid of it so i can get back in wrestling?
