I am having a rash difficulty on my inner thighs. It kind of looks like red, dry skin with lines spreading a bit outward...each about 1/two-three/four" lengthy. My boyfriend has a rash on his lower abdomen as properly. His looks various than mine it is like red bumps that look painful but he says they don't hurt. I am really itchy, and he is not. I went to the Dr. and she mentioned it
